Leadership and organizational principles are common to all organizations, but each leader and organization is unique in their development.

Integrity Leadership begins with an initial interview to determine if this pathway is right for you and your church. The next step is an objective assessment at a personal and organizational level. 

While we recommend a comprehensive pathway from assessment to action, you might identify one stage along the way where you’re getting stuck or have a particular need to address.

Keeping it personal means we begin where you need to begin and focus on what you need to focus on.

Leaders can also choose what level of assessment they want, though we encourage leaders to use the best assessment tools available at both a personal and an organizational level.
